At Chef Ania’s Gourmet Cuisine, your health and safety is our top priority, as well as the safety of our team members. Since 1998 we have strived to provide you quality meals and excellent service. Here at Chef Ania’s Gourmet Cuisine we are taking Covid-19 very serious and have created Covid-Safe food menus and have updated best practices for cleanliness within our facility. These direction and guidelines follow suggested protocol from the CDC and has been implemented immediately.
Due to COVID-19 Chef Ania’s Gourmet Cuisine introduced new practices into our daily routines:

Staff will be required to wear masks, face shields, gloves and protective gowns.

Add additional touch free hand sanitizer dispensers in our kitchen and the office.

Educate our team members about COVID-19 prevention and symptoms. If employees are not feeling well, they will be asked to stay home. We will encourage staff to monitor symptoms, temperatures, and test for the virus as needed.

Measure the body temperature of our workers 2 times a day with no-touch thermometer.

Maintain social distancing in the kitchen and in our office.

Team members will wash hands frequently

All delivery cars (all door handles, steering wheels, gear shifts, seat belts and center consoles) containers and other used tools are disinfected after every delivery.

All cars will be equipped with hand sanitizers, masks, gloves, face shields and wipes. Delivery drivers are obligated to wear gloves during driving and change it just after arriving to destination place.
Due to COVID-19 we have modified our service, including individual breakfast and lunch boxes. We continue to offer hot food buffet, applying new requirements such as sneeze guards, food being served only by trained staff and already prepackaged salads and dessert and offering condiment packets and individually wrapped utensils.
